Food Allergy Awareness

Our Food Allergy Awareness Course provides an awareness of how you must comply in relation to labelling allergens contained in food produced. This course takes into account the EU Food Information to Consumers Regulations Act 2014, and should be a mandatory part of induction training for entering the food industry, hospitality and care sectors.

We maintain the validity of our courses, including changes to legislation, policies and procedures, by ensuring the training material is up to date.
